The agreement between you and Cleener. Please read it before using the app.
By downloading, installing, or using Cleener, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Enikő Czigler ("Cleener", "we", "us", "our"), based in Hungary.
Cleener is a mobile app that uses AI to analyze photos of your home and generate personalized cleaning plans. You take photos of your rooms, select a time window, and the app produces a step-by-step cleaning plan with a built-in timer and guidance.
We may add, change, or remove features at our discretion. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying subscribers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cleener. If you are between 13 and the age of digital majority in your country (typically 16 in the EU), you may only use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Cleener may be used without creating an account, or with one, depending on the features you use. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at info@cleener.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Cleener offers two paid subscription options for unlimited cleaning plans:
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase. Applicable taxes may be added.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method (managed by Apple or Google) will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal price is the same as the original subscription price, unless we have notified you in advance of a change.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android). Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Apple or Google. After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time in a billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies:
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, except where you have explicitly consented to the immediate start of the service and acknowledged the loss of that right (which typically happens when you start using your subscription).
We offer one free cleaning plan with no payment required and no automatic conversion to a paid subscription. After your first plan, generating new plans requires an active subscription.
You may upload photos of your home and any optional after-photos ("Your Content"). You retain all rights to Your Content. We do not claim ownership of it.
By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (for example, generating your cleaning plan). This license ends when we delete Your Content from our systems, which happens shortly after processing unless you have explicitly opted into longer retention for a specific feature.
We reserve the right to refuse to process content that violates these rules and to terminate access for repeat violations.

The Cleener app, including its design, features, branding, code, and content (other than Your Content), is owned by Enikő Czigler and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Cleener is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to make the app useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enikő Czigler will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including damages for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) 50 EUR.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as gross negligence or intentional misconduct).
You can stop using Cleener at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app (including any subscription) if you materially breach these Terms or use the app in a way that harms us or other users. If we terminate your access without cause, we will refund any unused portion of a paid subscription on a pro-rated basis.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Hungary have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state where you live, and you have the protection of mandatory provisions of that country's consumer law. The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform, although we prefer to resolve issues directly — please email us first.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree to the changes, you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
